Event Coordination

Taking the stress out of your day.

Prior to your event, we will create a detailed timeline, confirm and connect all your event vendors and provide up to 14 hours of onsite coordination the day of your event. Likely this time is spent setting up your personal or rental items, moving the event along, welcoming your vendors and guests, initiating and orchestrating transitions. Usually ending with tearing down those rental and personal items at the end of the night.

Ask about the availability of our base decor pieces such as vases, votives, candles table numbers, cake cutting set, baskets, reserved signs and more… spoiler… I don’t charge extra, they are a part of my service if you would like to take advantage. (Only available with full day as these would come and go with me and/or my team)

Perfect for those who are almost confident planning on their own but want to run the details past a professional, get referrals/recommendations or who run into a challenge they need to talk through.

Officiating

Believe it or not, I can make it official! I am registered in the state of MN. I have done everything from meeting couples and their witnesses ready to make it official, to the small informal city park gathering, to the large celebration ceremony! This may also be added onto a coordination package in some cases.

As an addition to a planning package $250

As a stand alone service $350
